How it works

  1. Sign up below. Get your tracking link (mozongirema.com/go/AFF-XXXXXX) and dashboard URL by email — instantly.
  2. Share the link. YouTube, podcast, blog, email signature, mortgage broker referrals — anywhere landlords already are.
  3. Get paid monthly. When someone clicks your link and signs up, we tag them as yours for 60 days. Once they pay, you earn 30% of every charge as long as they stay subscribed.

Example: a landlord signs up via your link, picks the Professional plan ($49.99/mo), and stays 18 months. You earn $49.99 × 18 × 30% = $269.95 from that one referral.

When do I get paid?

Monthly, on the 15th. Minimum payout threshold: $50. Anything below rolls over to the next month.

What counts as a "paid" referral?

Any user who signs up via your link AND pays at least one successful month on Growth / Professional / Enterprise. Trials that don't convert don't count.

How long does the cookie last?

60 days from the click. If the user signs up within 60 days, you're credited even if they paid later.

What if they cancel?

You stop earning. Lifetime = while they pay. No clawbacks on past months.

Can I run paid ads?

Yes, with two rules: (1) no bidding on "Mozongi REMA" or variants in Google Ads; (2) no negative-claim language ("Mozongi REMA is a scam" landing pages = ban). Anything else is fair game.

How do I track my referrals?

Every referral, click count, conversion, and unpaid balance shows up on your dashboard — link sent to your email after signup.
