• Disputes go to the TAL. The Tribunal administratif du logement (the former Régie du logement) hears rent, repair and lease matters, with jurisdiction up to $100,000 since Bill 31.
• Almost everything happens at once. Most Quebec leases end on 30 June, so renewals, moves, inspections and deposits for your Trois-Rivieres units land in the same few days.
